John is a licensed general contractor, #690049, with over 20 years experience in the field. He has been performing home inspections in the San Francisco Bay Area for 11 years. EXPERIENCE:

1992 - Current: Founded and established HOMESPEC, a sucessful business in building inspection and consultation in the San Francisco Bay and Tri-Valley Areas.

1994 - Current: Associate; Independent Roof Inspection, Grass Valley, CA. Providing roof inspections in California, Nevada and Utah.

1979 - 1992: Journeyman; Local Union 613, City of Oakland. Specializing in roof framing, structure framing and finish work.
